BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH was founded in 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary of BayWa AG. All of the company's activities related to renewable energy sources – such as photovoltaics, wind energy, biomass, as well as servicing and energy trading – are carried out under this banner. In addition, BayWa r.e. is one of the largest international suppliers of photovoltaic installations and local energy solutions.
The company currently operates in Germany, many European countries, the USA, the Far East, Australia, and Africa.

Timely delivery is just as important to us as quality of service: so you can respond flexibly to your customers' wishes.
We have more than 25,000 square metres of warehouse space. In order to be able to supply everything in our range accurately and on time, we strive for the best possible availability of all items. We organise the shipment of your goods exactly how you want it – including fast order processing, reliable delivery, and special individualised logistic services. Upon request, we can also deliver directly to the construction site.

Seminaries and continuous development

BayWa r.e. initiated campaign "The Decade that Matters", which provides a direction for what the conversation about change might take us 10 years from now. As part of this action, we created and distributed an interactive educational book "Energy for our planet", which addresses the issue of energy responsibility and sustainable development. We believe that the future of our planet is in the hands of the younger generations.
