Shipping and delivery costs
Our goods are sent either by a forwarding agent or, if the weight and condition allow, by parcel service.
We offer you fixed price for shipments to our webshop countries i.e., Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. Transport costs to other countries are determined individually.
The delivery time from our warehouses to EU countries usually takes 2-6 working days and you will benefit from online tracking of your order.
In order to arrange the shipping according to your wishes, please contact your sales supervisor.
In the event of damage to bifacial modules ordered on incomplete pallets, we accept no liability for damage caused in transit.
