- What documents do I need to pick up the order in person?
To pick up the goods in person, you must present the order confirmation. The document may be presented in a printed or electronic version.
- When will I receive the ordered goods?
The shipment of the goods takes place on the next business day after the payment is received. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.
- Can I change the delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. In some cases, however, this involves additional costs. Sometimes, this may delay scheduled delivery by one day.
- Who is responsible for unloading the goods from the truck?
Pallets with goods weighing more than 800 kg or with dimensions greater than 220x120 cm cannot be unloaded using the lift. Even if this option has been selected in the order. Before ordering goods, make sure that you have the appropriate means to unload the goods.
